Meet Nichole Davis

Nichole Davis, aka, Miss Nic, is the Founder and Director of Niche Dance Studios, a thriving community dance school in Melbourne's inner north, where she has spent more than three decades inspiring young people through dance.

A lifelong dancer, teacher and mentor, Nichole is passionate about creating an environment where students feel challenged, supported and celebrated. Under her leadership, Niche has become known for its exceptional technical training, strong sense of community and commitment to developing confident, well-rounded young people.

Beyond the studio, Nichole is a respected adjudicator, Head Classical Conditioning Coach with Dance Prescription and an advocate for the Australian dance industry. She enjoys mentoring fellow studio owners and creating opportunities that strengthen connections within the dance community, including the Studio Owners Retreat.

Nichole believes dance is about so much more than learning steps. It's about building confidence, resilience, friendships and a lifelong love of movement.

Her philosophy is simple: every child deserves a place where they feel they belong.
