WHO WE ARE

Niche Dance Studios (formerly East Ivanhoe School of Dance) opened in 1969 and was founded by Patricia Little. Principal Nichole Davis was her student from the age of 3, Nichole was employed to begin her teacher training from the age of 13 and took over the reins of the School in 1994.

 

Located just 3 minutes from the heart of Ivanhoe, our beautiful, light-filled studios are designed with your child’s experience in mind. At Niche Dance Studios, we take pride in providing a welcoming and supportive environment where your child can flourish. Our dedicated team of specialist teachers, led by Principal Nichole Davis, is here to nurture your child’s love for dance. We offer a variety of group classes and solo lessons, tailored to help each student shine in the following dance styles:

• Classical Ballet (Cecchetti Method) – general & syllabus classes from Pre-Primary to Diploma

• Contemporary

• Jazz – Theatrical, Broadway & Commercial

• Tap – traditional and commercial

• Hip Hop

• Acrobatics - general and examination classes

• Pre-school Program taught by qualified. experienced staff

• Private Vocal Training

• Our fully equipped studios are also available for hire.
